Cancellation Policy
Certifications Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class to receive a full refund minus any course materials not returned in good condition. “NO SHOWS” will be charged full registration fees. No credits will be carried over to the next year. Classes are subject to cancellation based on the number of registrants and weather. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the start of the course of any cancellations or changes. Course fees are subject to change.
Monthly Presentations: Please note that once reservations for a monthly presentation have been made, if they are not cancelled within 48 hours of the presentation, you will be invoiced to cover the cost(s) incurred by the chapter, if payment was not submitted prior to the event.
